Use this portal to request the permanent deletion of your PAQNER customer account and personal data, without needing to open the app.

What happens when you delete your account?

Account deletion is permanent. Before submitting your request, please review how your data is handled by PAQNER:

Permanently Deleted Data

Your customer profile, full name, username, and profile photo
Login credentials, linked social logins, and active session tokens
Saved delivery/service addresses and distributor preferences
Marketing preferences, push notification tokens, and saved favorites

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

Direct-to-distributor order invoices, payment receipts, and tax records (retained for legal, audit, and tax obligations)
Fraud-prevention and security logs (anonymized or purged after statutory retention periods)

Before you proceed:

Ensure you have no active distributor orders in transit, unpaid balances, or unused wallet credits. Any remaining promotional rewards or credits will be forfeited upon deletion.

You don't need to delete your entire PAQNER account to opt out of promotional messages.
